Users of the Vampire Diaries Wiki, from this point, everyone must read and must comply with the rules for uploading images.
The Vampire Diaries Wiki:Images
Name
Articles should be named properly. If you have a image of Stefan Salvatore feeding, it should be named "StefanSalvatoreFeeding.jpg/png" not "w374465632fdfhrgbh34.png/jpg" as it would be hard to put that image on Stefan's article, as we wouldn't know where it was located/
Duplicate
Duplicate images is a very big NO NO, we ask that you search for the picture your about to upload or look on a episode page that the image is from before uploading as we do not allow duplicate images...Usually it will tell you if the image already exists on the wiki. If it does please do not upload the same image twice, as it is not needed.
Fan Images
Fan images are not allowed on pages and should only be posted in comments, forums, blogs, user pages, or message walls.
Categorizing Images
Every image needs to be categorized with either who is in the image or what season the image is from. At the bottom of every image page there is a add category option. After you upload an image you can either add the category there or if you are uploading multiple images at one time you can use Special:MultipleUpload and in the file description section you can add the category in the summary. (Main article: The Vampire Diaries Wiki:Category Policy#Image Categories)
Consequences
Failure to comply with the rules of images can lead to being blocked. (The admins send two warning messages to the user, and if the user ignores the two warnings, he / she will be blocked (depends of decision of admin)
Image Policy
Whoaaa....You have violated our Image Policy by uploading {{{1}}}, you should of named the image something along the lines of {{{2}}}. If you've received this message, it means that either you didn't read our Image policy thus not knowing this is a violation, or the recent warning/announcement.This is your {{{3}}} #{{{4}}} more and your out.
