Season OneEdit

Sheila "Grams" Bennett was the warm and loving grandmother of Bonnie Bennett, and also a descendant of a long and powerful line of witches. She knew that Bonnie was capable of being a powerful witch but her granddaughter didn't believe her until she came to realize her own abilities. Afterwards, she often went to Sheila for help.

As Sheila taught Bonnie about the dangers of witchcraft, she also trained Bonnie on how to control her magic. She insisted on Bonnie's wearing of a crystal that had belonged to their ancestor Emily Bennett which was later destroyed by Emily herself.

Sheila helped Stefan locate Bonnie and Elena who had both been kidnapped by Anna and Ben, later helping Bonnie open the tomb so Damon could get Katherine. She and Bonnie broke the spell sealing the vampires in the tomb to release Stefan and Damon, but the effort had greatly weakened her.

After performing that exhausting spell to open the doors of Fell's Church, Sheila returned home where she slowly passed away.

Season ThreeEdit

After the veil between the living and the dead is broken, a vast group of spirits return to Mystic Falls, including Sheila Bennett. After she reveals to Bonnie that the balance of nature has been offset, together, Bonnie and Sheila perform a spell that would destroy The Original Witch's Talisman. Before her departure, Sheila gives words of encouragement to

Bonnie, reminding her of her strength, and how proud she is of how far Bonnie has come.

Appearance & PersonalityEdit

Sheila Bennett was well known for her almond brown eyes, coco brown skin, and curly long hair. Born and bred in the picturesque town of Mystic Falls, Virginia, Sheila was a level-headed and strong-willed sorceress, and also the Occult teacher at a local community college.

Hey look the guy has a point a lot of people do come here on the wikia just to cause trouble. Yea, but It's alot easier to talk on the pages with the comments section. I believe when we just had the talk page it was alot less popular then the comments section. We can delete comments and block people if they try to cause problems.

i don't know grams from charmed would likely win, first cause charmed spelled appear to work instantly and Penny can use telekinesis (her power) at the blink of an eye and through Sheila to the like a pillow , but Sheila can probably do the same , on a lower degree and she can probably start fires with her mind

It would be Grams from Charmed, Penny Halliwell. Penny was always perfecting and exercising all her abilities and vanquished countless evil beings single handedly and became a matriarch and high priestess of her family. To see how powerful she was, watch Episode 1.17. Sheila was powerful too dont get me wrong, but did she vanquish the countless evils Penny did.

Grams from TVD can give anuerisms to people. I don't think Grams from Charmed would last very long against an anuerism. All Sheila would have to do is look at her, really then bang. Mental implosion. I love them both though. Great witches.

" - This makes no sense. If she was born in 41, she would have been 28 in 69. She would have been born in 1956 to be at least 13 in 1969.

its hard to tell. when bonnie went to visit her fathers family during the summer she said that they were "paint that NEVER dries". that would be implying that her fathers family were human and not witches. so its hard to tell.

I hope they'll bring Sheila Bennett back, as a ghost or something, giving Bonnie and Jeremy (sinse he can see ghosts now) helping them on how to fight the originals, and help stefan sinse she trusted him enough to invite him into her own house. after bonnie sheila was one of the best witches in this show. Hopes she'll come back :)
