Lisette was a character who first appeared in the second novel of The Originals series. She was a young female vampire who lived in New Orleans and was turned by Niklaus Mikaelson in 1766. She later met her end in 1788 with self sacrificing herself to save Elijah from being killed by Luc.
Throughout The Originals Novels Series
In The Originals: The Loss, Lisette was part of the newest crop of vampire recruits to the Mikaelson family. She began flirting with Klaus while he was still dealing with the terrible tragedy of Vivianne Lescheres-Mikaelson. When she wanted Klaus to come upstairs with her, Klaus declined her offer and asked her to leave, with which she complied.
She and Rebekah later become friends as she had run into her and Elijah become attracted to each other after Ava is killed. Lisette also becomes a part of the army to fight against the morts-vivants, to which she is one of the few vampires to make it out.
In The Originals: The Resurrection, Lisette was part of Klaus's vampire army which she joined after her breakup with Elijah. She became the only vampire left after Klaus started the fire in the warehouse killing countless others and she later sacrificed her life for Elijah and was staked by Luc with the White Oak Stake. The Mikaelsons later held a funeral pyre for her and watched as her body burned in the fire.
Lisette is described to be very beautiful with long, strawberry-blonde hair that smelled like orange blossoms.
Lisette was outspoken and didn't mind who she was talking to, be it a normal vampire like herself or an Original.
