In I Never Could Love Like That Sarah vervained Enzo and brought him to her apartment. Enzo told her about her mother and the story of how he was turned.
Season Eight[]
In Today Will Be Different, Sybil sent Damon and Enzo to to find Sarah at Duke University. She took them to her apartment, but Stefan, Caroline and Bonnie were already there. Damon fought the urge to kill her and in the end Sybil arrived and stabbed her. She bled to death on the floor.
