Daniel Sharman is an English actor who portrayed Kol Mikaelson, while possessing Kaleb Westphall, in The Originals.[1] He is best known for his role as Isaac Lahey on MTV's Teen Wolf.
Early Life and Career[]
Daniel Sharman was born in London, England on April 25, 1986. He worked as an actor at The Royal Shakespeare Company before going on to train for three years at The London Academy of Dramatic Art in 2007. He lives in Los Angeles.
Daniel played the role of Ares in the hit film Immortals, acting alongside Mickey Rourke, Freida Pinto and Henry Cavill for director Tarsem Singh.
He co-starred in the 2012 horror flick The Collection with Josh Stewart and Teen Wolf's Eaddy Mays. He also starred in a 2013 movie; Daniel shared the screen with Bill Nighy, Sharon Stone and Faye Dunaway in The Beauty of Sharks.
His television credits include The Nine Lives of Chloe King, Inspector Lewis, Starting Over and Judge John Deed. He can also be seen in the 2011 comedic short The Sexy Dark Ages.
Daniel was the second Teen Wolf cast member to appear on The Nine Lives of Chloe King, the first being Colton Haynes.
Trivia[]
- Interestingly enough, he played a werewolf on the MTV television show Teen Wolf before playing a witch on The Originals. This is the opposite of Phoebe Tonkin, who played a witch on The Secret Circle before joining The Vampire Diaries (and later The Originals) as a werewolf turned hybrid.
