When she and Elijah arrive at her place, it is revealed that she was in cahoots with her twin brother to end the vampire race. She used her romantic/sexual relationship with Elijah to distract him. It was also revealed that they used vinaya powder with some witch enchantment that would allow any human to control any vampire who ingested it. After fooling him a little while longer, Klaus and Rebekah figure things out and Klaus goes after her in vengeance. She was then killed by Klaus by decapitation.
